Blogging to the Bank

December 29th, 2006

I want to talk about something that I find is very important.

It is a “strategy” that has become quite powerful over the past few months.

It’s quite simple actually - it is blogging.

You may have noticed that a short while ago I started my own blog right here at the Affiliate Minute.

There was a very important reason to this - I wanted to build a stronger relationship with my readers and I wanted to make more money through advertising.

And guess what - I did!

I wanted to share a very useful resource that will teach you the basics of how to use blogging to add to your income.

Holiday Hours

December 22nd, 2006

When the help desk does reopen there will be special holiday hours.

Here is how it will work:

1. Starting tomorrow I am on vacation until next Thursday, December 27, 2006. I am taking some much needed time off.

The help desk will be closed on Christmas and Boxing Day, which means it will not be monitored for 4 days.

If you submit a ticket in the late afternoon tomorrow it will not get answered until Wednesday.

2. As for The 30 Day Formula, we have decided to push back its release to after the holidays.

Right now is not a good time to launch a new website as it would generate new customer support and would require more of our attention.

I do not feel that this would be fair, so we have pushed back the release date.

You can put in your name and email address to be notified of the upcoming release here:

http://www.30dayformula.com

That’s all I have for now.

Have a great holiday - and Merry Christmas!

IMPORTANT - Help Desk Down For Upgrade

December 21st, 2006

I have finally been forced to make a change to my help desk software.

A recent bug has just flooded the desk with tickets, forcing me to shut it down completely.

This temporarily affected the rest of my websites (which are now up and running), so if you tried to go to any of my sites in the past few hours you may have had some problems.

Unfortunately this means that all past support tickets are being deleted as the entire help desk is removed.

IF YOU SUBMITTED ANY TICKETS IN THE PAST 48 HOURS THEY WILL NOT BE ANSWERED.

Simply because they have been removed.

Please be patient with us as we install a new, more robust software package that will be able to handle our much larger needs.

Thank you,

Matthew Glanfield

P.S. I am going to send out another email today with our holiday hours, so stay tuned.

How to get traffic for free…

December 19th, 2006

You already know that traffic is the life-blood of your website.

In fact, one of your biggest expenses should be in traffic generation. If it isn’t, then you are probably not maximizing your revenue in your business.

However, a lot of beginner marketers are not able to create a large advertising budget mainly because of the lack of funds. The question of free traffic methods becomes a priority.

A colleague of mine, Bob Jenkins, has put out a report that explains several free methods of getting traffic. Bob is actually a teacher, so you will find that his methods of teaching are quite clear and concise.

Click here to read this report (for free)

I highly recommend this report as it will teach you more about free traffic methods that will help you in your business.

Merry Christmas!

How to find great products to promote…

December 15th, 2006

It’s like finding water in a desert.

Whenever I find a good product that has an affiliate program that converts well into sales I am extremely overjoyed.

The difficulty with affiliate marketing is not in finding products to promote, but in finding great products to promote.

There are four main components to a great product:

Well, beginner training it is…

December 14th, 2006

It’s funny, sometimes we need a “kick in the butt” to remind us to practice what we preach.

All of these months I have been telling you to ask your list what they want and then provide them with it. I definitely do this, but there was one issue that I continually put aside for later.

That is the question of absolute beginners.

Well, that problem is being solved as we now speak. Right now I am working with two separate partners to come out with two very low-cost products that will solve this problem.

However, they are not the same type of product, just focused on the same type of people (i.e. beginners).

Absolute Beginner Training

December 12th, 2006

If you are a “beginner” on the Internet or with Internet marketing, please read this post carefully.

Just this morning I was on the phone with one of my affiliate managers (Jared Jensen). Every Monday night he holds a free training session for all of my affiliates.

These sessions have been going quite well as he teaches different methods of selling more products, however, one thing kept coming up over and over again - some people need even more basic training to succeed at all in this business.

YourSqueezePage Lifetime Membership Special Price Ending

December 6th, 2006

This past week has been a flurry of action and excitement as more and more people have grabbed their own copies of the YourSqueezePage Version 2.0 software.

I wanted to remind everybody that tomorrow morning (Thursday) at 9am EST the special price for the lifetime membership will be ending.

Actually, the lifetime membership will be ending entirely.

I have decided that having a lifetime membership does not fit my business model for the long run (i.e. it is actually counter-profitable for me to keep it unless I charge an extremely high price).

Instead, after tomorrow you will be able to purchase several months up front at a discount, but not a lifetime membership.

If you want to secure your YourSqueezePage membership for the cost of less than 5 months of the monthly fee and never have to pay again (even when we release new versions), then this is the best time to do so.

Click here now to secure your lifetime YourSqueezePage membership…

Have fun!

The 30 Day Formula Teleseminar (follow-up)

December 6th, 2006

Last night we held our 30 Day Formula Teleseminar, and I believe it went very well.

We had some very nice comments at the end of the teleseminar when we opened it up for questions. This has made me even more excited about released the course that teaches the entire system.

If you were on the teleseminar last night please post a comment on this topic and tell us what you thought (whether good or bad).

Also, if you have extra questions that we did not cover, this is the place to ask them (you can ask your questions even if you weren’t on the teleseminar).

Hopefully we’ll have the recording ready today or tomorrow. Only members of YourSqueezePage will be able to access the call, so if you aren’t a member yet, I strongly suggest you go and get a membership now.

Talk to you soon!

Matthew Glanfield
